A white foam can be seen on 5.27.09 on the river at and down stream of the location the Rock Creek Waste Treatment plant discharges into the Tualatin River. The location this was taken is about 1/4 mile down river from the Rood Bridge Park launch site in Hillsboro Oregon. There is a large blue sign on the bank that indicates the plant discharges clean water in the river at this location.

******Champaign Luxury at Beer Budget Price.****** Dark Blue and Gorgeous! Loaded with amenities! It has power sliding doors passenger and driver side. It has power rear lift gate. You can warm your buns in the heated leather seats for both driver and passenger. On these cold wet Oregon mornings, they sure feel good. Listen to your tunes on the Infinity Premium sound system with both CD and cassette player. Add to this 3 zone front and read A/C and heat and everyone is comfortable. It also has roof rack and a tow package that we used for mounting our bike rack. Is set up for and can be used for towing a small utility or camping trailer. It has privacy glass to help keep the temps inside cool in summer. We have loved this van and it is a great trip mobile. As far as I know, everything works. We will probably miss the automatic head lights since we have never had a dead battery from forgetting lights on. It even has the battery saving feature that shuts interior lights when the kids leave them on. The kids are getting older and more on their own and we just do not need a minivan anymore. This one runs great and has been super dependable for us. There is one gold ball size ding in the driver’s side rear plastic bumper and the normal scuffs that go with the territory but over all is in great shape and condition. This is and has been a non-smoker car. We are very allergic and could not own it otherwise. When going backpacking and reducing weight with Lightweight Backpacking principles in mind, it does not mean that you have to only bland dehyrated meals with no flavor. A couple of small packets of Tobasco souce can bring any meal to life without taking up space and almost no weight at all. I picked this up at lunch whle eating at Panera Restrant.
